NEW PRIME LOGISTICS PARK IN EUROPE<\/h2>\n

E-Valley is an ambitious project to reconvert the former Cambrai airbase, in the Hauts-de-France region, into an e-logistics park dedicated to the e-commerce and hybrid business. With 550,000 sqm of warehouses, up to 85,000 sqm of service area and 300,000 sqm of land reserves this e-logistics platform will be a new prime hub logistic hub in Europe benefiting from an optimal and accessible geographical location thanks to a multimodal platform.<\/p>\n

This completely secure park, connected to the latest technologies, offers the possibility to book scalable storage spaces, thanks to a modular cell system of 6,000 to 150,000 sqm. This will help companies that will locate there, according to their needs for warehouse space in the long term (including possibility of customs).<\/p>\n

Furthermore, our \u00ab\u00a0Smart City\u00a0\u00bb approach for the development of the service area will make this smart park project a real \u201cEuropean Smart Logistic Hub\u201d. We will use the latest generation equipment for lighting networks, intelligent car parks, reactive safety and security systems, waste management, etc.<\/p>\n
